Community Health Clinic

 

If you are uninsured, have a low income and do not qualify for Medicaid/Chip, call on the Community Health Clinic. Our goal is to provide and promote much needed services and education for our community's well-being. All services are confidential. Client fees are based on family size and income, and Spanish speaking staff members are available.


Family Planning:
We provide confidential family planning services for men, women and adolescents of childbearing age.

Services include:

• Pap smears

• Pregnancy testing

• Birth control methods

• Limited reproductive services

• Testing and treatment for most sexually transmitted diseases

• HIV testing

• Responsible sexuality education

• Cancer screening (cervical, breast and testicular)

• Referrals as indicated

 

Prenatal Care
We provide limited maternal care for women who do not qualify for Medicaid and are uninsured.

• Initial exam and lab work as indicated

• Pregnancy consultations
• Referrals as indicated


Education Services 
• Family planning

• Birth control options

• Preconception (planning to get pregnant)

• Breast cancer

• Cervical/colon cancer

• Testicular cancer

• Sexually transmitted disease prevention / awareness

• HIV

• Health/nutrition promotion

• Violence/abuse awareness

Monday-Thursday (Closed on Fridays) 
8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
