Orthopedic Services
The HCM orthopedic program features a comprehensive approach to treating injuries and diseases of bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves. We work with your orthopedic physician throughout your journey to recovery. Our HCM Imaging Department performs accurate and safe scans to help your physician determine the exact diagnosis, and the HCM Rehab Clinic is here to help you regain your strength and mobility. Sometimes surgery is the best course of action, and the HCM team of anesthesiologists and technologists assist your orthopedic surgeon before, during and after the procedure. Common orthopedic procedures include:
- Total joint replacement, including unicompartmental knees and anterior approach hips
- Arthroscopy of the ankle, elbow, knee, shoulder and wrist
- Endoscopic carpal tunnel release
- Repair of open and closed fractures
- Tendon repair
- Surgery on hands and feet
